Engineered Systems

CAID’s Engineered Systems Group has the in-house engineering staff to provide turnkey engineered systems. With over 250,000 sq.ft. of manufacturing space on 25 acres, CAID can deliver large scale projects at high volumes with fast lead times.

CAID Engineered Systems Group understands the value in packaging complex systems into easy to install skid systems. Building modular systems solve many problems including improved quality control, decreased cost, improved reliability and of course the ability to test the system prior to installation.

CAID provides many unique advantages by leveraging the strengths of our business units into a complete turn key system from engineering and design to fabrication, programming and testing.

Some examples of CAIDs Fluid Solutions Group modular skid packages:

  • ASME Vessels and Piping
  • Modular process pipe skid
  • Heater Treater Skids
  • Hot oil pump package
  • LACT Units
  • Custody Transfer
  • Produced water injection skid
  • API tanks
  • Trailer mounted systems
  • Pump barges
  • Reagent skids
  • Metering skids
  • Lube oil skids
  • Flocculant skids

Why CAID Fluid Solutions

CAID understands that when choosing a system integrator or packager, there are many things to consider. Should the system be packaged or modular, are there parts that should remain separate, is the packager large enough to handle the project size, does the technical competence of the team match the project requirements, can they do the electrical & programming, do they have the resources in house or will they be using sub contractors, do they have the right equipment to complete the project, can a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) be done at their facility, do their project managers communicate well, etc.

CAID Engineered Systems pulls the strengths of disciplines developed from 67 years of industry leading innovation. CAID is continually adding capacity and capability through the addition of strong talent and industry leading equipment. CAID’s commitment to safety is paramount which results in a low Total Recordable Injury Rate (TRIR).
